Brief History / Background
Athenry Vocational School opened in 1968 and is located just beside the Historical Arch in the Medieval Town of Athenry. It is a co-educational school and is committed to standards of excellence in everything it does.

A book rental scheme applies for Junior Cycle students. (First – third years inclusive).
Senior cycle books must be purchased.
Uniform Description
Girls: charcoal trousers or skirt, Teal jumper with school crest and yellow shirt.
Boys: charcoal trousers, yellow crested polo shirt, teal jumper with school crest.
